Our design studio is conveniently located in the community. Not only do we have hundreds of products to choose from, but our studio manager will guide you through selecting what’s needed to make your new house perfect for your lifestyle. We are proud to partner with nationally recognized brands, such as: James Hardie Siding, Frigidaire, Shaw Flooring, Moen Faucets, Sherwin Williams, just to name a few.

WHAT IS A
HERS
RATING?

HERS – Home Energy Rating System – the industry’s benchmark to illustrate a homebuilder (Finecraft Builders) compared to a standard new home and older, resale home. This also helps buyers project cost savings. The lower a home rates on the HERS scale, the more energy efficient it is, lowering monthly utility bills in addition to being more environmentally friendly.

Some of the items evaluated include:

  • Blower Door & Duct Blaster Test
  • Increased Insulation
  • Sealant Package
  • Thermo-Scan Inspections
